DAVAI TODAY Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the DAVAI TODAY app (“App”, “Service”). By registering and using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the App means you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Age

The App is intended for users 18 years of age and older. By registering, you confirm that you have reached this age.

3. Registration and Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile data and for keeping access to your account secure.
Use your real photo and name. Catfishing (impersonating another person) is prohibited.
One person — one account. Creating fake profiles leads to a ban.

3.1. Profile Verification and Biometric Consent

To improve service safety, the Provider may use profile verification, including face liveness checks. Such verification is performed only after you give separate consent in the App interface.

Face image processing for liveness checks uses Amazon Rekognition Face Liveness (AWS, EU region). Liveness check video is not stored in DAVAI TODAY. Additional data processing and retention terms are set out in the Privacy Policy.

4. Conduct Rules and Zero Tolerance

DAVAI TODAY has a zero tolerance policy for offensive content and abusive behavior. Content that violates the rules is removed and the offender is blocked.

Prohibited:

Harassment, insults, unwanted advances, threats.
Explicit sexual content, nudity, naked images.
Hate speech, discrimination of any kind.
Spam, advertising, fraud.
Content that violates applicable law.
Missing agreed meetups without notice (affects karma).

Every profile, chat, and event includes Report and Block actions. Reports are reviewed by moderation, and for confirmed violations we remove content and block the offender within 24 hours of receiving the report. A blocked user immediately disappears from your feed and chats.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions (Premium, Pro) are purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are governed by the respective platform rules. We do not store card data — payment is processed by the app store.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. We are not liable for users’ in-person meetups, their behavior outside the App, or any consequences of communication. Meet responsibly and follow personal safety practices.

7. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you through the App. Continued use means you agree to the updated Terms.
