This Public Offer is published on the Provider’s website and applies when paying for services related to “DAVAI TODAY”. See also: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy.
This Public Offer contains the terms for entering into a services agreement (the “Agreement”).
Under Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, a public offer is a proposal containing all essential terms from which the offeror’s intent to conclude a contract on the stated terms with anyone who accepts is clear.
Performing the actions described in this Offer confirms both parties’ consent to conclude the Agreement on the terms set out herein.
The Agreement is deemed concluded and effective from the moment the parties perform the actions provided in this Offer, meaning unconditional and full acceptance of all Offer terms without exceptions or limitations by accession.
Agreement — this Offer text with Appendices, accepted by the Customer through conclusive actions described herein.
Conclusive actions — conduct expressing consent to the counterparty’s proposal to conclude, amend, or terminate a contract, including full or partial performance of proposed terms.
Provider’s Website — programs and information accessible via the Internet at https://davaitoday.com/landing
App — the “DAVAI TODAY” mobile app distributed via App Store and Google Play, and its web version.
Subscription — a service granting the Customer access to extended App features for a defined period (plan).
Parties — the Provider and the Customer.
Service — services provided by the Provider to the Customer under this Offer.
Services are intended exclusively for persons aged 18 (eighteen) years or older. By accepting this Offer, the Customer confirms they are 18+, have full legal capacity, and understand the nature of a dating and social meetup service.
The Provider may request age confirmation, restrict access, or terminate the Agreement unilaterally if the Customer is or is reasonably believed to be under 18.
The Provider undertakes to provide Services; the Customer undertakes to pay for them as set out in this Agreement.
Service name, scope, procedure, and other terms are determined from the Provider’s information when the Customer places an order or as stated on the Website and in the App (Subscription section).
The Provider may perform Services personally or with third parties and remains liable to the Customer for third-party actions as for its own.
The Agreement is concluded by accepting this Offer through conclusive actions such as:
The Provider shall provide Services per this Agreement, within the stated time and scope, as described on the Website and in the App.
The Provider shall give the Customer access to Website and App sections needed to receive Services.
The Provider is responsible for storing and processing the Customer’s personal data, keeping it confidential, and using it only to provide Services.
The Provider may change service periods and Offer terms unilaterally without prior notice by publishing changes on the Website. New terms apply only to newly concluded Agreements.
The Customer shall provide accurate information when receiving Services.
The Customer shall not reproduce, copy, sell, or use information and materials obtained through Services for any purpose other than personal use, without granting access to third parties.
The Customer shall accept Services provided by the Provider.
The Customer may request a refund for unprovided, poorly provided, or late Services, or when withdrawing for reasons not caused by the Provider’s breach, only on grounds provided by Russian law and the “Refund Terms” section of this Offer.
The Customer confirms that all Agreement terms are understood and accepted without reservation.
Service price and payment procedure are set in Appendix No. 1 and shown in the App (Subscription) and on the Website before payment.
All payments are cashless in Russian rubles. Payment may be made via:
Card data is sent directly to the payment operator (YooKassa) and acquiring bank per PCI DSS. The Provider does not receive or store full card numbers.
Subscription Services recur on the selected plan (e.g. monthly). At the end of the paid period, the Subscription auto-renews for the same period with automatic charge to the linked payment method at the then-current price, unless the Customer cancels auto-renewal before the next charge date.
The Customer may cancel auto-renewal anytime:
Cancelling auto-renewal stops future charges; the already paid period remains active until it ends.
The Provider may change Subscription price, plans, and included features. Material changes to an active Subscription are notified in advance; new price applies no earlier than the next billing period.
Subscription Services are remote digital services (App feature access) provided immediately after payment.

Refund requests: support@davaitoday.com or Telegram @davai_support with App name, account identifier, payment date/amount, payment method, and reason. Review within 10 business days. Refund via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval (App Store / Google Play refunds follow store policies).
Parties ensure confidentiality and security of personal data per Russian Federal Laws 152-FZ and 149-FZ.
For profile verification and fraud prevention, the Provider may use face liveness checks only with separate informed voluntary consent in the App. Liveness video is not stored in DAVAI TODAY; moderation selfies are kept only for the review period and deleted after moderation unless law requires otherwise.
Detailed personal and biometric data processing is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Parties are released from liability for failure or improper performance if proper performance was impossible due to force majeure (extraordinary, unavoidable circumstances): government prohibitions, epidemics, blockade, embargo, earthquakes, floods, fires, or other disasters.
The affected party shall notify the other within 30 business days. A document from an authorized authority confirms force majeure. If it lasts more than 60 business days, either party may terminate the Agreement unilaterally.
Parties are liable per this Offer and Russian law for breach of obligations.
The App and Services are provided “as is”. The Provider uses reasonable efforts for availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation or compatibility with all devices.
The Provider is not liable for:
Total Provider liability for any claims related to this Offer is limited to the amount actually paid for the Subscription for the billing period in which the claim arose (typically the last paid month), unless mandatory Russian law provides otherwise.
The Customer bears risks of communicating with other users and in-person meetings and shall follow personal safety rules.
The Offer is effective from publication on the Website until withdrawn by the Provider. Changes or withdrawal are communicated via the Website, App, or Telegram.
The Agreement is effective from acceptance until the parties fully perform their obligations. Published Offer updates are deemed accepted as provided herein and under Russian law.
The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; mandatory pre-trial procedure applies. The contract language is Russian; documents must be in Russian or have a certified Russian translation.

Prices include applicable taxes. The price at payment time is shown before purchase confirmation and recorded in the payment receipt.
The Provider may introduce additional plans, promotions, and discounts and change included features by publishing information in the App and on the Website.
